Dragonware Computers

Dragonware Computers was founded in 2003 in a small space in Winston-Salem, NC. The years since have seen much growth and more than a couple moves to larger locations! We have settled down on Hanes Mall Blvd, and while we may one day expand our retail operations to other cities and states, we are growing our webstore. We want to make it easier for our customers to design their dream systems with Dragonware. We are different than some of the other computer stores and computer repair centers in the area. Our sales department is embracing the gaming community as well as the business and budget communities. Most stores choose one, but we think we can all get along! (We're also embracing our creativity. We are working with Mountain Dew to create one of the most amazing computers you will ever see.) Our service department is different than some stores in that we offer flat rate pricing on in-store service. We will give you an estimate before we begin work and call you if anything changes. Since we clean the dust out of every computer that comes in for service, we sometimes find problems with failing capacitors that would otherwise be overlooked. A few dollars to fix that saves the motherboard or video card before it fails completely is a huge money saver. Our goal in the service department is to make your computer work better than ever.
